A New Name for Rosiro Group

To remove any association with traditional plastic, Coda Group B.V. has changed its name to Rosiro Group B.V.  

This evolution in the branding of the company reflects our ongoing commitment to become a world leader in biodegradable materials and polymer excellence. Rosiro Group is completely committed to developing truly sustainable materials and alternatives to single use plastic.  We are the same core company, same activities, the same dedicated staff and the home of Solinatra®. 

Solinatra is a revolutionary biomaterial that can be used for products and packaging, and then safely biodegrades with zero contamination. Manufactured from 100% plant based materials sourced from agricultural byproducts, Solinatra contributes to a more circular economy and a greener future. 

Under the umbrella of the Group are our innovative brands and companies, bringing together synergistic capabilities to develop new materials and technologies that provide a more environmentally friendly future.  

Noroqest Limited is dedicated to biomaterial innovation and advancing chemical processes for sustainable material applications. Coda Intellectual Property BV is now known as Rosiro Intellectual Property BV, and owns the intellectual property and patents of the group. Solinatra® is our flagship brand, the innovative material which promises to be a key solution in the transition to non polluting alternatives for fossil based plastics. . Our UK division, Solinatra UK Ltd is the new name for Coda Compostables Ltd whilst Coda Advanced Materials BV has been renamed Solinatra Europe BV and is our Europe division.
