Acquisition of injectd Limited by Rosiro Group Supports the Advancement of Solinatra’s Sustainable Materials Initiative
In an exciting development for the sustainable materials sector, Rosiro Group is thrilled to announce the acquisition of injectd Limited, an established injection moulding firm, set to take place on 1 March 2024. This strategic move is designed to bolster the journey towards a greener future, facilitating the processing of Solinatra’s 100% natural alternatives to single-use plastics. As pioneers in the biomaterials industry, Solinatra is committed to advancing sustainability and reducing the environmental footprint of single-use plastics.
Integrating injectd Limited into the group will introduce a range of valuable services, including training, mould and product trials, pre-production runs, sampling, and material and product development. These services are tailored to meet the evolving needs of our customers, supporting them in the transition to sustainable manufacturing practices.
As part of this acquisition, Rosiro Group is excited to welcome Thomas Rundle to the Solinatra team as a Project Engineer. Thomas will support the technical team in driving these new activities forward. His appointment is emblematic of Solinatra’s commitment to excellence and sustainability.
The connection between Solinatra and injectd is further strengthened by Stephen Rundle’s invaluable contribution. Having served as the selling shareholder and director of injectd, Stephen has been an integral part of Solinatra UK Ltd and Noroqest Ltd, subsidiaries of Rosiro Group BV, since 1 June 2022. Stephen’s dedication to sustainability and innovation has been instrumental, and we are delighted that he will continue to bring his extensive experience to Solinatra as a permanent employee from 1 March 2024.
Stephen Rundle, Chief Operations Officer of Solinatra and former director of injectd, shared his excitement about the future: “This acquisition marks a significant milestone in our journey towards a sustainable future. By bringing together the expertise of injectd and Solinatra, we are setting a new standard in the biomaterials industry. I am thrilled to be a part of this transition and to continue contributing to our shared vision of a world where sustainable materials are not just an alternative, but the norm.”
Robert de Jong, CEO of Rosiro Group, also expressed his enthusiasm: “The acquisition of injectd Limited is a testament to our commitment to sustainability and innovation. By enhancing our capabilities with Injectd’s expertise, we are poised to make significant strides in the biomaterials industry. This move reaffirms our dedication to providing sustainable solutions that meet the needs of our customers and the planet.”
